A Nationwide Field, Narrowed to Ten
Hundreds of students from school, +2, and bachelor's level took on the Lifepath Nationwide Essay Competition 2026. From that field, ten essays rose to the top: sharp thinking, honest voice, and a real point of view on how to choose the right career in Nepal. Every name on the leaderboard earned its place there.
The Winner: Sneha Rai
Sneha Rai takes first place and the Rs. 50,000 prize. Her essay pulled ahead on clarity and originality, but the margin was thin: the other nine finalists were right behind her, and their essays are worth reading too. Open any name in the list to read the actual submission.
Nine More Worth Celebrating
Making the top 10 out of a nationwide pool is its own achievement. Every one of the nine runners-up has their essay right here on this page, alongside Sneha Rai's. This is a shared result, not a solo one.
How the Essays Were Judged
Every submission went through the same read: how clearly it addressed the topic, how well the argument was structured from opening to conclusion, command of language, and how original the thinking was. Anything that leaned heavily on AI tools or copied source material was disqualified before scoring. What separated the top 10 from the rest was a genuine, personal answer to how to choose the right career in Nepal, not a rehearsed one.

While not every submission could place in the Top 10, every participant should be proud of the effort, thought, and determination reflected in their work. We encourage you to keep writing and continue participating—every competition is a new opportunity to learn, grow, and showcase your potential.
